Symptoms

Root cause:

The report server cannot open a connection the the report server database

Workarround:

Reset password SQL Reporting Server uses to connect to the reports server database using script below

RSConfig.exe -c -s JKT-SCOM -d ReportServer -a Windows -u domain\admin.sqlscom -p password2010!!!
